THE OPPORTUNITY AT HAND
Our Network Administrator is responsible for setting up computer networks and monitoring and updating those networks, within our organization. You'll establish new networks, maintain and support existing networking infrastructure, manage VPN connectivity and maintenance, and contribute to maintaining our strong security posture. This role is part of a large collaborative team that works very closely together.
OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU
You'll act as senior point of escalation for technicians on complex support issues
Assist on VOIP projects and related support
Collaborate with vendors where applicable
Manage inventory of hardware
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelors degree in related field
Minimum 1 year Systems Admin experience
Minimum 1 year network Admin experience
Should have 3-5 years of experience in an I.T. support role
Network certification a plus but not required
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be collaborative and a strong team player
