THE OPPORTUNITY AT HAND
We’re looking for an office coordinator to help manage the patient flow in our office. Someone who is comfortable providing white glove service to our providers and patients, while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU
- Coordinate with office manager and clinical supervisor for smooth running office
- Report on any physician schedule concerns such as overbooking, no- shows / cancellations, emergency appointments, lagging wait times, and any possible corrective action
- Develop front desk staff schedules
- Contribute to and execute training objectives assigned to front desk.
- Participate in end of day close and financial responsibility for office operation, coordinating response to billing dept inquiries, reports / deposits, etc
- Oversight and supervision of daily office responsibilities including check in, check out, appointment scheduling, medical records, and dictation
- Function as primary backup to surgical secretary
- Assist Office Manager with all HR related tasks, inclusive of performance reviews
- Assist Office Manager contact person for all patient issues, maintains communication with patients, observes strict patient confidentiality
- Maintain knowledge of practice policies and procedures
