Key Responsibilities
- General administrative support, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and offering beverages
- Maintaining common areas by keeping them tidy and ready for use
- Taking inventory, ordering, and restocking office supplies and kitchen supplies
- Basic record-keeping, filing, and clerical duties
- Assisting executives and assistants as needed
- Preparing documents and conference rooms for meetings
- Liaising with building operations
- Supporting office occasions and special projects
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in similar duties or other relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
- Technical/computer skills and experience, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent phone demeanor and communication skills
- Able to communicate with all levels of executive, management, and staff
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and work within deadlines
- Must be detail-oriented
