Job Title : Clinical Supervisor

SUMMARY
Oversees day-to day operational functions and activities for an assigned location, department or area. Ensure adequate and efficient staff are available to facilitate smooth patient flow. Maintains equipment and supplies. Works closely with Clinical Manager / Operations Director to coordinate employee / physician schedules including oversight of staff allocation and duties.
Demonstrates quality patient service during interactions with patients, coworkers, and vendors :

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Direct or indirect responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training team members, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members. Addresses team member issues and concerns, facilitates conflict resolution.
