Flooring Sales Coordinator
As a Sales Coordinator , you'll be responsible for following up on bids, handling objections and helping close deals with GC's. This role requires strong communication, persistence , and deep understanding of the bidding process in commercial construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Price request for bids and maintaining relationship with the suppliers.
Follow up on oopen bids via phone and email to drive contract awards.
Engage with GC estimators, PM's, and decision makers to track bid status.
Addressing pricing concerns, suggest scope adjustments and negotiate to close.
Keep detailed records of bid progress in Zoho CRM and provide status reports.
Build relationship with GC teams to position Opler Flooring as their preferred vendor.
Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth transition after project award.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
