What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Apprentice position at OPmobility?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and ergonomics standards and rules. Assist with the creation of training material. Lead and/or co-lead internal training sessions.
- Source and coordinate external training programs.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly reports of training completion.
- Responsible for creation of induction and training plans for new hires and coordinate follow-up of plan adherence.
- Co-responsible for management and tracking of site training plan.
- Administrate local learning management system (LMS).
- Training records assurance and data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance on training initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned by HR leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a Bachelor program for Human Resources or related studies.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Able to work 20-30 hours a week.
- Able to work on site at the plant location.
- Able to start the internship right away.
- Able to work for 3 - 6 month.

Pay: $55,271.00 - $58,482.00 per year
