What are the responsibilities and job description for the SITE HR GENERALIST PROFESSIONAL position at OPmobility?

MISSION :

To provide HR support to all associates

ACTIVITIES :

Assist in facilitating associate communication

Employee relations / problem solving activities (incident investigation)

Manage drug compliance policy

Assist with new hire induction

Manage suggestion program

Manage employee recognition processes

Manage temporary labor

Complete SAP transactions

Manage hourly annual review process

Generate various monthly reports for HR Manager

Manage temporary housing process

Coordinate internal bid process

Manage Visa Process for international trainees

Assist, meet or exceed established targets

COMPETENCIES :

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience in a Manufacturing environment

Proficient in all Federal and State employment laws – ERISA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA

At least 3 years of hands on experience in HR / Employee Relations

Competence with MS Office applications

Good Customer Service Skills

Good organization skills

Self-motivated

Able to represent all shifts as required

Ability to handle multiple tasks and bring to successful completion

Ability to be productive in the midst of constant interruptions and changing priorities

Ability to effectively communicate well with others

Ability to be a productive team player
