IT Internship
Mission:
To assist IT Technicians in receiving requests and trouble tickets from Greer users, in performing IT support tasks that require hands-on, maintaining KPIs and other IT tasks that can represent a learning experience for an IT related student.
Responsibilities:
- Basic hardware and software maintenance.
- Troubleshooting network.
- compliance reports.
- compliance remediation tasks.
- create hardware and systems documentation.
- Support with repetitive technical tasks and keeping local inventory.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a Sophomore or Junior in a Bachelor program for Information Technology or related studies.
- Able to start right away.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Resilience.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
- (will work around student’s class schedule).
- Able to commit to a 1 – 2 years internship.
- Must be able to work on site at the plant location
