Towne Insurance is hiring an Assistant Account Manager - SBU. The Assistant Account Manager will be responsible for providing professional service to new and existing clients by assisting the account manager/account executive/team leader and process their requests in a timely and accurate manner.

About the Role
- Process audits and endorsements
- Check and attach insurance policies in Epic
- Assemble client’s insurance policies for delivery
- Process and issue proofs of insurance (certificates, evidence of property)
- Process endorsement requests, direct bill cancellations and reinstatements
- Obtain loss runs, endorsements, billing, etc. from carrier websites
- Attend office/team meetings as necessary
- Participate in carrier website training
- Handle other duties as assigned
- Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
Skills and experience you’ll need:
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Active P&C License
- Microsoft Products experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior personal or commercial insurance experience
- Prior Experience working with insurance software, preferably Applied Systems
