Venture Resorts- Property Inspector- $19.00/hr

Essential Responsibilities

• Inspect all cabins for any maintenance and housekeeping issues.
• Place inventory in the cabins and any light maintenance that is necessary
• Coordinate with housekeepers to ensure all cabins are done by or before check-in times
• Document any issues of housekeepers and give to maintenance supervisor
• Remove any damaged items and report to the maintenance supervisor to bill guest if necessary
• Fill out electronic checklist and rate each housekeepers cleaning number
• Communicate with front desk
• Light maintenance where needed
• Possible cleaning of cabins on days we are short
• Possible cleaning of laundry
• Owner Stay inspections
• Enter items onto fix list when necessary.

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Organizational skills with strong attention to details
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 30 pounds and exert 30 pounds of force
• Use your arms and legs, sit, stand, bend, twist, stoop, and reach
• Ability to climb several stairs
• Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
• Subject to internal and external environmental conditions
