POSITION PURPOSE:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the first point of contact for OIC customers at the front desk and on the phone.
- Assist in drafting, preparing, and proofreading various documents, including grants, newsletters, and presentations.
- Manage schedules, mailboxes, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Take minutes at meetings and compile departmental reports.
- Maintain organized records and manage office supplies.
- Oversee facility bookings and support community events.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to staff and partners.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Required Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must provide exceptional customer service, possess strong writing and proofreading skills, and demonstrate flexibility with scheduling.
- Skills/Abilities: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and well-organized; ability to multitask, prioritize work, and be a self-starter; professional appearance and demeanor; positive and energetic disposition.
- No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions. Typical office environment with moderate noise levels.
- Regularly required to sit for extended periods, stand for long durations, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, and communicate verbally.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment.
