UCT is looking for a talented IT Support to join us in Chandler, AZ!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of system administration duties, including support of corporate enterprise applications, databases, laptops, servers, and network equipment.
• Leverage the internal help-desk support systems and processes to ensure that IT issues impacting employees worldwide are quickly resolved.
• Proactively oversee the monitoring of all IT devices, applications and services using a combination of tools, including HP Insight Manager, Microsoft SCCM.
• Manage and troubleshoot networks as well as intranet and internet connectivity throughout the organization.
• Administer and maintain Blackberry, DHCP, DNS, Exchange, FTP, IIS, SQL, Postini mail gateway.
• SharePoint Server administration and configuration.
• Configure and setup servers and virtual machines.
• Knowledge of Citrix server farms, and VMware administration. Troubleshoot issues with Outlook/Exchange, wireless, VPN, network and printer connectivity.
• Maintain Microsoft security patches as well as antivirus and antispyware software on desktop and laptop systems.
• Track and manage certain IT projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Windows system administration experience, both server and desktop.
• Experience designing and managing networks.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS, SNMP, Active Directory, SSL, VPN/Cisco Pix, IIS/SMS/WSUS, MS SQL, Cisco VOIP.
• Experience with MS Exchange 2003/2007/2010, Server 2003/2008, BES, VMWare, Veritas NetBackup, NAS and SAN.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Project management skills & problem-solving skills.
• Technical abilities appropriate to responsibilities.
• Experience working manufacturing and factory floor issues.
• Skilled in data analysis, supplier feedback, action tracking, data presentation and improvement plan definition and mgmt. using performance data.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• BS/BA degree in computer science preferred.
• AA degree required in the information technology or an equivalent field.

Experience Requirement:

Work Experience:

• 1 years of related IT experience.
