We are adding to our outstanding team with several Customer Care Agents. As our Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing friendly, competent, and professional service to our customers via inbound telephone calls as well as electronic means such as email and chat. You will provide a wide variety of support and knowledge to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
