We're seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy social media and design, this role could be a great fit. You'll help execute marketing campaigns, contribute new ideas, and support various marketing tasks. The ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and communicate effectively is essential.
• Process all department invoices including invoice tracking, affidavit analysis, reconciliation and cost allocation ensuring consistency in allocation by expense-type and market. Maintain logs and records of activity.
• Support Marketing team on the coordination of marketing materials and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Maintain active vendor list for media placement and print production.
• Perform limited in-house design work and content development, as assigned.
• Assist with sourcing and distributing branch marketing supplies and promotional items. Maintain inventory records and process fulfillment requests.
• Represent the Bank at various community, business, and educational functions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Education and Experience Preferences:
2 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or administrative support Basic knowledge of financial institution products and services Banking or financial services industry experience
