Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily medication passes to residents
- Notify appropriate staff when medications are ready for collection
- Prepare and organize medical documentation for digitization into client files
- Monitor and record incoming and outgoing medications
- Complete all necessary documentation and communicate it to relevant team members, including QIDP, managers, and nurses
- Manage weekly cycle fill medications
- Request medication refills for Opportunity Enterprises residential participants
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Director of Nursing
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols
- Ability to collaborate efficiently within a healthcare team
- Previous experience in medication administration or a related healthcare field is preferred
- Solid understanding of medical documentation and compliance is essential
