Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individual program plans (IPPs) that cater to the specific needs of clients.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, agency, and program regulations.
- Maintain and update client files, including emergency information.
- Act as a liaison between clients, family members, case managers, and behavior specialists.
- Conduct monthly reviews to assess client progress and adapt programs accordingly.
- Participate in quarterly and annual case conferences with relevant team members.
- Plan, direct, and attend various organizational meetings to foster collaboration.
- Review care plans and request appropriate waivers for reimbursement of client services.
- Promote teamwork and satisfaction among clients and colleagues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
