Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individual program plans (IPPs) that cater to the specific needs of clients.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, agency, and program regulations.
  • Maintain and update client files, including emergency information.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, family members, case managers, and behavior specialists.
  • Conduct monthly reviews to assess client progress and adapt programs accordingly.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual case conferences with relevant team members.
  • Plan, direct, and attend various organizational meetings to foster collaboration.
  • Review care plans and request appropriate waivers for reimbursement of client services.
  • Promote teamwork and satisfaction among clients and colleagues.
