Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Job Opportunity in Madera County, CA
We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Opportunity Healthcare. As a leading Advanced Practice agency, we offer a rewarding and challenging environment for NPs to grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose various health conditions while promoting wellness and disease prevention
- Manage a wide range of health issues, including chronic disease management, acute care, physical and annual exams, and health education
- Provide phone triage on a rotational basis approximately once every 3-5 months on weekends or evenings

Job Details:
- Schedule: Clinic hours Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
