- Full Time Opportunities, Monday - Friday : 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm are available. No Nights or Weekends required!
- Position also known as : Direct Support Professional (DSP), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Behavior Therapist, Positive Support Specialist Responsibilities :
- Assist in the transportation of clients to and from the work site using OS vehicles and follow agency Transportation policies.
- Provide job coaching to clients in a community employment setting.
- Provide supervision and assistance during breaks on the job site.
- The use of behavior modification principles : Assist in interaction through positive reinforcement, positive programming, engagement and the use of alternative communication strategies.
- Community Integration / engagement : staff are responsible for the interaction of the work team with the work community and population at large.

- Communicate professionally with assigned job site supervisors and work positively and encourage client teams.
