- Full Time Opportunities, Monday - Friday. No Nights or Weekends Required!
- Position also known as : Job Coach, Skill Development Coach Essential and Principle Job Responsibilities : Serve as a mentor for client's long term career success and employment stability. Meet with each client at least two times each month and collect their pay statements Provide job specific instruction and retention supports, including recognizing and advocating for client rights / need for reasonable accommodations, techniques, and different methods of instruction. Provide supervision and support to the client according to their individual career plan and consistent with employer practices. Serve as a liaison and community connection with business and industry personnel, stakeholders, teams and Opportunity Services. Commute to all client and team meetings and complete mileage reimbursement reports each month Maintain, create, and follow a self-directed, flexible schedule based on OS, client, and team meetings Additional Qualifications : Attention to detail and accurate and timely completion of duties. Excellent interpersonal skills including independent problem solving, and conflict resolution skills Communicate effectively with staff, supervisors and client teams Availability to work a flexible schedule, including limited evenings and weekends Full Time Position Benefits include : Medical - 100% paid by employer Dental 7 paid holidays Paid time off Opportunities for Advancement
