What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mitigation Manager position at OPS Staffing?
The Mitigation Manager must be able to respond, sell, and successfully manage water mitigation projects for both residential and commercial.
Other Responsibilities Include :
- Managing all communications with insurance carriers and clients regarding mitigation
- Accurately tracking payroll of our employees and contracted workers
- Following established safety rules and regulations
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for the employees
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with agents and adjustors
- Training and guiding the mitigation technician team members through the mitigation process
- Monitoring guidelines and profitability of specific insurance programs.
- Creating accurate scopes of work and creating profitable estimates based on this scope of work
- Evaluating team member performance
- Completing necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilizing proprietary software
- Any other duties assigned by the manager
