Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking Link Instructors to join our team primarily supporting a United States Department of Defense customer at Pope Army Airfield, NC. Our technical Instructors will advance Multi-TADL Network/Joint Data Network interoperability synch through JS, CCMD, Service, and Agency engagement; and provide subject matter expertise to CCMDs for Multi-Tactical Network Operations.

Required Qualifications
- Current SECRET security clearance
- Graduate of JT-201
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or similar field of study; If no bachelor’s degree an additional 3 years of datalink experience is required
- 6 years datalink experience
- JICO/RICO/SICO/JICC billets filled <6 months will equate to 2 years of datalink experience
- JICO/RICO/SICO/JICC billets filled during a flag-level exercise will equate to 1 year of datalink experience
- Military Instructor experience
- Must have been an E-6 to O-3 or above, or have an additional 3 years of datalink experience
- Expertise in operating integration, configuring, and modifying various C2/TDL systems such as BC3, MSCT, TDF, CAC2S, ADSI, TRAX, JRE, MOJO, FAADC2, etc.
