Pay for the position :
80,000-$95,000
Shift for the position :
8am-5pm
Job requirements for the position may include :
Objective : Support VP of sales with the accelartion of new Business development
Initial review of RFQ from customer
identify data required to quote and engage key internal stakeholders
Draft RFQ / Review with VP submit to customer
ongoing engagement with customer related status
New Product release
Program Manager for new product releases
Role and responsibility my vary according to project
communicate project status internally and to customer
Identify bottlenecks and find solutions to move programs forward and on time
Product Management / Marketing
Communication : Ability to communicate, both written & verbally, with customers and varying levels throughout organizations
Leadership : oversee and coordinate tasks as well as motivate and encourage the team and define the road map to successfully complete the project
Qualifications for the position :
Results Oriented : Needs to be self motivated and strive for accelerating results
Quick Learner : ability to quickly learn complex processes and subjects
Ability to effectively navigate and influence in global matrix organizations
Comfortable with Ambiguity & Problem Solving : With minimal direction, ability to identify bottlenecks and roadblocks and help find solutions to move forward
