Job Summary: OPSPro specializes in providing small businesses and government contractors with compliance and operational support to include HR, Payroll, Accounting, Contracting, and IT.
The Talent Acquisition Lead works jointly with all members of the recruiting department and oversees the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring process of all employees. This position will ensure the recruiting strategies used by the team are up to date and fluid. The Talent Acquisition position will provide advice to the employers on recruiting, interviewing, and improving brand awareness. This position will identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and solid partnerships with managers across the organization, identify potential candidates through effective interviewing and testing, effectively administer the interviewing and onboarding process, and ensure a positive new hire experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates/updates recruiting procedures.
- Serves as a Lead and oversees the recruiting team.
- Searches for and enforces new sourcing methods to find job candidates.
- Evaluate and suggest the best recruiting software and methodologies.
- Suggests ways to improve the employer's brand.
- Researches the best job advertising techniques.
- Advises hiring managers on proper interviewing methods.
- Consults with leaders, hiring managers, and human resources on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
- Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Continuously develop networks and partnerships to actively build a database/pipeline of candidates.
- Identifies and implements effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Utilizes sourcing methods and tools to proactively connect with potential candidates.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates for the interviewing process using iSolved Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Schedules interviews, oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection material as needed.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Conducts regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
- Responds timely to internal and external stakeholders regarding applicant status and applicant requests as required.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead or similar role with 5 years managing all phases of the full lifecycle recruitment process.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full lifecycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of iSolved Applicant Tracking Systems(ATS).
- Keen understanding of the differences between various roles within
- General knowledge of employment law and legal hiring practices.
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP.
