The Position
We are seeking a desktop support intern in Tampa who will be onsite, gaining hands-on experience on how to provide support for user hardware and software needs. You will be part of our IT Global Operations consisting of a Global Service Desk, L3 engineering team, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Application divisions.

The Position
We are seeking a desktop support intern in Tampa who will be onsite, gaining hands-on experience on how to provide support for user hardware and software needs. What You Will Be Doing
- Support and maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals.
- Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade hardware equipment and ensure optimal workstation performance.
- Support conference room technology as needed.
- Help manage printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with new hire on-boarding, off-boarding of employees, and relocation of equipment as required.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or certificate in IT Support and/or IT management
- Basic understanding of Windows and MacOS.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to provide internal customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and eager to dive in and make a difference.
