Optalis Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Dietary Services Manager to direct Dietary Services at our Riverview Care Center. Be a part of a team approach to patient care that allows you to build a special relationship with residents and co-workers in a long-term care setting.
Our Dietary Manager will oversee all aspects of the Dietary Services including staffing, preparation of attractive and nutritional meals, scheduling, care and sanitation of the food service equipment, and ensuring adherence to State and Federal regulations, as well company policies and procedures.

- Successful completion of a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) course, current enrollment in a CDM course OR at least 2 years of Dietary Supervisory experience in a Long-term Care setting is required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Prior experience in Long Term Care Dietary Services strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
