Cranberry Park West Bloomfield is an assistant living facility. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Job Summary:
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing office operations, managing administrative tasks, HR clerical tasks and supporting company leadership to create a productive work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Maintain organized records and handle correspondence
Assist with basic HR functions, including onboarding and office policies
Ensure a positive and professional office environment
Handle invoicing, expense tracking, and light bookkeeping tasks
Support team members with administrative needs as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management software
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Experience with bookkeeping or HR functions is a plus
