Job Description:
The HR/Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for managing and processing all aspects of payroll for the company. This includes maintaining accurate records of employee hours, calculating and processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Coordinator will also be responsible for managing employee benefits, including enrollment and administration of health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. In addition, the Coordinator will provide excellent customer service to employees, answering questions and resolving issues related to payroll and benefits. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and customer service skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
