We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Representative. This role will be a motivated self-starter and will contribute their talents to help the team achieve our sales goals. The desired candidate must work well in teams, have a positive attitude, possess good communication and active listening skills, be able to work in a fast-paced and high production environment, be proficient with Microsoft desktop software applications, and demonstrate a commitment to deliver quality service to our customers. Successful candidates will have a strong desire to problem solve and discover creative solutions through critical thinking. Successful candidates will have a strong affinity towards task orientation and are self-driven to understand business and customer goals.
Job Responsibilities: An administrative sales and customer service-oriented position with a variety of functions that help other sales representatives to focus on selling, closing, and account managing. Customer Success Representatives process all orders, field inbound customer calls, requests, and some initial sales inquiries. Customer Success Representatives are key to retention and focus on discovery and escalation of customer pain points. Customer Success Representatives also assist in interacting with and coordinating order delivery and help with administrative changes to some accounts to assist the sales team as needed. This includes handling cancellation of devices, account updates (such as payment method and address changes), and working on other projects that may arise.
Requirements:
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong communication skills to include both phone and email presence
Strong preference for Spanish (Speaking and writing)
Technical/Electronics experience
Understanding of wireless connectivity preferred
Moderate Excel expertise required
Sales CRM experience preferred
