Job Type: Part-time (12-20 hours)
Requirements
In this position, you will be responsible for the following:
- Handle incoming customer service-related emails.
- Answer phone calls in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Message customers on our Live Chat website feature.
- Interact with customers on social media sites (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Process returns and damaged item claims.
- Assist customers with lost packages.
- Answer shipping-related inquiries.
- Maintain inventory control.
- Other miscellaneous customer service duties.
