At ROOLEE we strive to offer personalized customer service to maintain the “family-owned” feeling. Job Type: Part-time (12-20 hours)

Requirements


In this position, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Handle incoming customer service-related emails.
  • Answer phone calls in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Message customers on our Live Chat website feature.
  • Interact with customers on social media sites (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Process returns and damaged item claims.
  • Assist customers with lost packages.
  • Answer shipping-related inquiries.
  • Maintain inventory control.
  • Other miscellaneous customer service duties.

Part-Time positions are available. Qualifications include:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in basic computer skills
  • Personable and kind
  • Ability to work well on team projects
  • Self-motivated
