RATE: UP TO $70HR BOE (PLEASE NOTE THIS RATE IS FIRM)
MUST HAVES FOR THIS ROLE (CANDIDATES WITHOUT THESE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED):
- Managing projects in distress (in the red) (must be able to answer pre-screen questions regarding this prior to submittal to client)
- Cybersecurity projects OR banking regulatory projects

This is an Enterprise wide program with 14 “mini projects”.
So far the client has stood up the Enterprise change PMO for change management, processes, setting up business counsels (doing the road map, prioritization and timings).
This project involves Resolution Plan, SDIC requirement (last will and testimony if the bank fails Friday & opens a bridge bank on Monday- SDIC requirement for banks). The last time this plan was completed was in 2018 and now it needs to be recreated every 3yrs based on the new strict banking requirements. This is data driven and there are a lot of dependencies across the 14 projects. They need to identify risks across the organization. Everything is being built all at once. They need to onboard a new automated tool (a lot of governance is tied to this tool).
Critical banking services, processes, reporting, and key personnel defined. Key processes to keep banking going for customers.
They moved from Discovery to PROD. The plan is due to the SDIC October 1st, 2025. They need to have the plan ready July 31st, 2025.
Responsibilities: Meetings, end to end project financials, work with colleagues to get in line with company processes & procedures, drive governance, assist with scorecards, executive presence, creating a project charter, Waterfall project management (creating schedule, organizing team, putting budget together), Agile Project Management, working a hybrid Waterfall/Agile environment with Waterfall Project Management deliverables and Agile delivery
Technologies: MS Excel (project Schedules), PowerPoint (steering committee presentations), SharePoint (documenting project deliverables), OneDrive (documenting project notes), CAPPM/Clarity (resource demand & allocation)
Soft Skill Requirements: organized, structured and disciplined, detail orientated, executive presence.
Challenges: Capacity planning completed by senior leadership and Portfolio Managers. Projects pending approval for short term durations based on the duration of the pre-discovery, discovery, implementation phases and project change requests (PCR). Heavy reliance on integration partners and their rotating staff and contractors working in India.
