Title: Trust Analyst I (4 roles available due to team expansion)
Location: Farmington Hills
Schedule/Onsite Requirements:
Hours: 8am – 5pm EST M-F
Location: Farmington Hills, MI
Onsite: 100% onsite for first 3 months for training and then 2 days a week onsite after
General Responsibilities:
- Individuals will be performing reconciliation functions within DDA, General Ledger and Global Plus Suspense accounts.
- Must be proficient (Intermediate Level) with Excel and preferred accounting skills.
Trust Analyst I (Fiduciary Oversight & Reporting)
The Fiduciary Oversight & Reporting (FO&R) team plays critical role in overseeing the Fiduciary Operations and certain Middle Office functions. The Trust Analyst I is responsible for performing analytical functions and regulatory reviews designed to meet the needs of the Regulatory Reporting unit. This includes production support, exception processing, reconcilement duties, process enhancements and overall customer service.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Compile, review and analyze the department's various regulatory reports (RC-T, Regulation-U, and Regulation-H) and submit with the appropriate authorities by established deadlines,Run Microsoft Access databases to gather and formulate accurate reporting information Reconcile internal DDA and General Ledger accounts, resolving any discrepancies.
- Produce and analyze ad-hoc customer report requests, as needed
- Create, maintain and update unit's desktop procedures and checklists
- Assist in small to medium projects, as needed.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- Experience with Access Databases
- Understanding of General Ledger Reconciliation
- Ability to run and update Reports
- Ability to update & modify Procedures & Checklists
