- Compiling, reviewing, and analyzing the department's various regulatory reports and submitting them to the appropriate authorities by established deadlines
- Completing and reviewing cash and security reconcilements, analyzing and resolving variances
- Reviewing and analyzing exception reports and taking necessary action to resolve issues
- Acting as an escalation point for customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution
- Producing and analyzing ad-hoc customer report requests
- Creating, maintaining, and updating desktop procedures and checklists
- Memo balancing and processing trust fees
- Assisting in small to medium projects as needed
- Have a bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
- General Ledger and reconciliation experience
- 3 years of banking experience
- Working with limited direction
- Verbal and written communication
