- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of employee compensation.
- Handle data entry tasks, maintaining and updating employee records in payroll systems.
- Provide general office support, including organizing and managing files, scheduling, and handling communications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant payroll laws and regulations.
- Use Excel to manage payroll data, generate reports, and track employee hours and deductions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve payroll-related issues and answer employee inquiries.
- Perform regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Always maintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll information.
- 2 years of experience in administrative support, payroll processing, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel and other office software (e.g., Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and employees.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Pay: $20-27/hr DOE
- Work Schedule: Fulltime Day Position
