What You’ll Do:
- Manage an assigned territory to deliver exceptional service to customer accounts.
- Install and maintain chemical dispensers and dish machines (ranging from under-counter units to conveyor systems).
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance and respond to emergency service calls.
- Build positive relationships with customers, sales reps, suppliers, and co-workers.
- Ensure safety standards are followed and report incidents promptly.
- Provide training to employees when needed and follow company policies.

- A valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, and email communication.
- Ability to drive a company vehicle and follow site-specific safety standards.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret wiring diagrams.
- At least 2 years of experience in warewash, laundry, or a similar field.
- Regular attendance and availability for on-call rotations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
- Completion of a DOT physical every two years.
- Experience installing and maintaining commercial appliances.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
