Position: CNC / Manual Machinist

Location: Vancouver, WA

Pay: Starting at $25 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We are a small, stable machine shop that has been operating since 1986. With a team of 10-12 employees, we serve a wide variety of industries in the Portland and Vancouver areas. Our team enjoys a low turnover rate and a collaborative, hard-working environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Perform manual machine work as needed
• Work independently to ensure high-quality production of one-off parts
• Contribute to a safe, productive shop environment

What You Need to Have:

• Knowledge of CNC machining and Mastercam
• Manual machine experience/background is ideal
• Strong reliability and work ethic
• Ability to set up machines and produce one-off parts independently
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  
  

The Musts:

• Strong CNC and Manual Machining skills
• Mastercam knowledge
• Proven ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and reliability
  
  

Preferred:

• Programming knowledge in Mastercam
• Experience working in small shop environments
• Familiarity with the Portland and Vancouver industrial landscape
• Previous experience in a similar machining role
