WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide information and referral services to connect individuals with community resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, service providers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain an updated database of available resources and assist with outreach efforts.
- Support community engagement initiatives and represent the organization at local events.
- Utilize data tracking systems to monitor resource accessibility and identify service gaps.
- Advocate for equitable access to essential services for all community members.
- 3 years of experience in information and referral services, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Passion for community service and a commitment to health equity.
