Opening: Contributions Supervisor

Opti Staffing Group is proud to partner with a respected organization in Anchorage, AK, seeking a dedicated Contributions Supervisor. This position offers the opportunity to manage a vital department, work with a wide range of stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Supervise and coach Contributions Department staff, including conducting annual reviews and hiring.
• Act as a resource for eligibility, contributions, and special agreements, resolving issues for participants and employers.
• Oversee policy updates and maintain employer files, including surety bonds, agreements, and contribution records.
• Manage month-end closeout processes, review corrections, and ensure compliance with the general ledger.
• Lead collection efforts for delinquent employers, including preparing reports and communicating with legal counsel.
• Evaluate participant appeals, draft summaries, and present findings to Trustees.
• Calculate contribution rates, COBRA rates, and ensure accurate system updates for benefits and rate changes.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

PREFERRED: Experience with benefit plans, collection processes, and systems like AS400 and EPRlive.
