WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support company growth
- Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements to provide key insights to leadership
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry standards
- Developing and implementing financial policies and controls to improve efficiency
- Working closely with executive leadership to drive financial strategy and decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the construction or utilities sector
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with executive leadership and operations teams
