What You’ll Do :
The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the inside sales team, developing sales strategies, and optimizing lead conversion. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales management, coaching, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly motivated, and passionate about renewable energy.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals
Design and implement sales strategies to optimize lead conversion and maximize revenue
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on sales performance
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to enhance lead-generation efforts
Establish and refine sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and best practices
Train and mentor sales representatives to improve call quality, closing rates, and customer engagement
Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure accurate reporting
Identify process improvements to streamline sales operations and increase efficiency
Foster a high-energy, performance-driven sales culture
Stay up to date with solar industry trends, incentives, and competitor activities
What You Need to Have :
3 years of experience in inside sales management, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or a related industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Passion for sustainability and renewable energy is a plus
