As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and dynamic Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team and drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Do :

The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the inside sales team, developing sales strategies, and optimizing lead conversion. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales management, coaching, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly motivated, and passionate about renewable energy.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Design and implement sales strategies to optimize lead conversion and maximize revenue
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on sales performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to enhance lead-generation efforts
  • Establish and refine sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and best practices
  • Train and mentor sales representatives to improve call quality, closing rates, and customer engagement
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure accurate reporting
  • Identify process improvements to streamline sales operations and increase efficiency
  • Foster a high-energy, performance-driven sales culture
  • Stay up to date with solar industry trends, incentives, and competitor activities
  • What You Need to Have :

  • 3 years of experience in inside sales management, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or a related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for sustainability and renewable energy is a plus
  • Salary : $60,000
