As the Property Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for residents, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that the properties are running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing resident relations, lease agreements, and renewals
- Coordinating move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections
- Handling rent collections, late notices, and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and upkeep
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Maintaining vendor relationships and overseeing contracted services
- Supporting ownership with reports, budgeting, and property performance updates
- Previous experience in residential property management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus
- Ability to handle conflict resolution and problem-solving with professionalism
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks
