What You’ ll Do:

Responsibilities:
- Compare purchase orders with invoices and packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect deliveries to confirm they meet order and invoice criteria.
- Receive, sign for, and unload shipments using a forklift.
- Process returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items.
- Organize and store received items in designated areas.
- Update inventory records with newly received items.
- Communicate with vendors regarding delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory transactions.
- Conduct cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
- Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report any damage to supervisors.
- Track stock usage and report any damage to stock or handling equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency.
- Process inventory transactions using the inventory control system.
- Monitor equipment and processes, reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
- Unload and transport items for storage in warehouses or storage yards.
- Verify inventory counts by comparing them to physical stock and investigate discrepancies.
- Perform domestic and international shipping activities.
- Package and stock finished goods.

- 1 year of forklift experience unloading trucks
- 1 years of receiving experience
- ERP software experience
- Detail orientation
- Positive attitude
- Team player mentality
