This is an exciting opportunity to join Opti-Vise IT, LLC as a highly skilled Level 3/IT Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our clients, working closely with them to resolve complex hardware and software issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT networking and collaboration concepts, including TCP/IP, VoIP, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft products. They will also possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and technical issues
