Optical Filters is a growing business located in Meadville, Pa. A privately owned business, Optical Filters has been established in Meadville for 20 years and is a specialist in the cutting-edge design and manufacture of systems to enhance electronic displays and touch screens.

We are seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team. Being a team player is a must-have skill for this hands-on roll in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organization skills are required. Some experience is required but consideration will be made for someone who is looking to change careers.

The is a full-time position.

40 per week with 8am-4pm schedule.

$13-$17/hour depending upon experience.

• Careful packaging of our products
• Daily shipment of our products to customers
• Receiving goods inwards
• Complete AES when required
• Ensure customers receive an email with packing slip
• Invoice customers upon shipment
• Ensure commercial invoices are created when required
• Liaising with couriers
• Occasionally liaise with customers

· 0-5 years of experience in shipping and/or receiving of goods

· Comfortable use of hand tools such as utility knives, hammers, staple guns, and hand drills

· Self-motivated, comfortable working alone

· Comfortable sending emails

· ERP knowledge is a plus
