I. The Marketing Technology Specialist is a “Martech” superstar. They will lead and grow the organization's marketing technology stack ensuring flawless end-to-end execution with implementation, management and day-to-day monitoring. In addition, they will champion the customer database and CRM efforts so automated data feeds and API calls are built accurately using optimized business logic for both campaign execution (operational & promotional) and full funnel reporting. Our perfect candidate is highly technical with the unique ability to communicate and understand holistic strategies and organizational goals of the marketing department. They are proactive, detail-oriented and work well with tight turnaround times in an ever-changing environment.
II. Responsibilities :
- Partner with marketing, call center, and ecommerce stakeholders to develop best-in-class platform capabilities and execute strategic roadmap.
- Perform requirement analysis, process development and design for all marketing systems. Translate business needs into technical requirements.
- This role will be a system administrator for all marketing-related systems helping the business to optimize the adoption of marketing technologies.
- This role helps to enable the architecture and design of the Marketing infrastructure (across platforms) to optimize digital engagement and execute against marketing strategies.
- Comprehend business problems, processes and insights to translate into actionable items that will develop a technology design.
- Create a QA process with end-to-end testing to ensure flawless execution.
- Create and lead documentation processes so all business requirements are clear with changes saved internally.
- Develop Martech assessments, evaluate current sales and marketing technology practices and provide recommendations for optimization
