NEW POSITION - Embedded API Inspector – Full-Time
Optik Technical Solutions, LLC is hiring an API 510/570 Certified Inspector for a full-time, embedded role at a client site. This newly created position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional.

Qualifications:
Required:
- API 510 & 570 certifications (minimum 3 years of experience with at least one).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid TWIC card
Preferred:
- API 653 and AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certifications.
- Experience with Asset Performance Management (APM) software.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal and external inspections of equipment and piping systems.
- Approve and recommend repairs while verifying completed work.
- Compile field notes, historical documentation, and drawings for technical reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance, control processes, and safety procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.
- Work effectively within a team environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work overtime, including night shifts and weekends.
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift 50 lbs., work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme temperatures or noisy environments.
