Optim Orthopedics is seeking a full time Front Desk Representative for our Savannah location, to be part of our elite medical Team!

Job Requirements :
As a Front Desk Rep, you will be an integral part of the medical team and patient experience. The representative will have the opportunity to :
- Greet and interact with patient's while obtaining pertinent intake information
- Ensure accurate and complete patient information is entered into the EHR
- Checks patient in / out; verifies patient demographics and insurance information
- Demonstrates a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor while he / she greets and checks in patients and vendors
- Prepares schools / work notes as needed
- Schedule follow up appointments with the requested provider according to the appropriate protocol
- Maintain a high confidentiality when servicing patients
- Other tasks as assigned

Education, Certifications, Licensure and / or Experience :
Medical Front Office experience (1 year preferred), excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Computer Skills : EHR (Athena), Office 365, Microsoft Outlook
