Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR best practices.
- Lead and support employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure legal compliance with employment laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Handle sensitive HR matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations with professionalism and discretion.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute workforce planning and organizational development strategies.
Key Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple locations and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ADP.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Experience in change management, organizational development, or employee engagement is a plus.
