Key Responsibilities
The Senior Manufacturing Engineering Director will be responsible for:
- Managing engineering projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Coding cross-functional efforts, including R&D, production, quality control, and supply chain teams, to ensure alignment with production goals.
- Ensuring that all engineering projects comply with aerospace industry standards, including AS9100, NADCAP, and FAA regulations.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Extensive experience in precision machining (CNC machining, turning, milling) for the aerospace industry, including complex part geometries and tight tolerances.
