Optimae LifeServices is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator for Boone. The Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall management of services and leadership using Optimae Life Services’ mission and core values as a guide, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and monitor a budget; Monitor Services; Ensure regulatory standards and accreditation are met; Team Building; Hiring and Training of staff; Provide Supervision and Leadership; Participate in On Call.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school degree or GED is required.
- A minimum of four years of experience in the field of human services is required.
