Optimae LifeServices is hiring a full-time Service Coordinator for Mount Pleasant. Position requires On-Call and possibly weekends. The Service Coordinator requires the ability to multi-task in a sometimes-chaotic environment while being able to remain positive and supportive to those in need. Must be a good communicator who can support their staff, customers, and fellow team members while remaining to have an "At Your Side" attitude.
Duties:
- May coordinate and approve all admission and funding procedures including gathering all intake information, service planning, and completing assessment of all Optimae LifeServices' Services.
- Coordinate and lead the service delivery and service planning process to ensure the provision of services based on customer desires and goals.
- Implement personnel policies and procedures in a manner consistent with Optimae LifeServices service manuals and handbooks.
- Ensure services meet and exceed all regulatory credentialing and accrediting standards, including adequate records for customers and finances.
- Establish and assure a system for training, evaluating, and developing staff and volunteers
- Will participate in the on-call rotation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Three (3) years experience in the Mental Health Field.
- Must have supervisory experience and demonstrate great leadership skills.
- Basic computer skills are required.
